A variety of courier services handle shipping depending on the location. In some instances, your local postal service may handle the final delivery.

Quality Assurance

Did your artwork arrive damaged? No worries. Please send us clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging, and we'll send you a new one. Please provide as much information as possible regarding the product and the order.

Refunds and Returns

Every product sold by Disco Volante Art is "made to order," which means it is specifically manufactured just for you after you have placed your order. Therefore, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders.
